Jessica Orcsik’s professional career began at age 4 on TV show Richmond Hill. Since then has worked as an actress and performer on various TV & Film Productions, Theatre & Stage Productions, Music Videos and more.
With experience in public speaking, mentoring and hosting events across the USA and Australia with companies like Breakdown Services, Dance Informa, Focus On Ability USA and AAFTA, Jessica has also successfully launched her podcast ArtArtistBiz, which is to be turned into an online talk show/podcast for later in 2022.
Getting her start with her internationally acclaimed production company J.O. International Productions. Jessica has produced dance expos, workshops, shows and nation wide events and competitions including  “On Broadway” and Don’t Dis Disabilities Dance Extravaganza” that support inclusion & diversity within the performing arts. Jessica also facilitates, creates and produces international prize experiences for various international events, festivals and charities including Focus On Ability Short Film Festival, Special Olympics Australia, The Ultimate Dance Challenge and Showcase National Dance Championships.  As a CEO, Director and Entrepreneur, Jessica has multiple businesses.
Her Creative Management & Production Company Diversity Entertainment, LLC/Diversity Pictures is dedicated to innovative projects/stories reflective of inclusive and diverse worlds, whilst representing, mentoring and providing resources for artists and creatives with collaborative opportunities in content creation and production for Film, Television, Social Media, Corporate Promotions, Commercial and/or any other media-related fields. The American Arts Film & Television Academy (AAFTA) continues to be a trailblazer and curator in vocational arts education in Los Angeles and around the world. With her entrepreneurial skills and dedication to help provide better education practises, positive mental health and creative opportunities for performing artists and filmmakers working in Film, Television & Theatre.
Jessica’s film project success includes “A Death Perspective” receiving numerous awards including Best Indie Short & Best Women’s Short at the INDEPENDENT SHORT AWARDS. Honourable Mention at GLOBAL SHORTS, LOS ANGELES (IMDB) and selected for ARTISTS EMERGING INITIATIVE with Ermantourage.  Associate producer on Australian feature “Unsound” with WiseGoat Productions, winning MELBOURNE QUEER FESTIVAL and rated 3RD FOR TOP 10 AUSTRALIAN FILMS OF 2020. Unsound is now streaming on Netflix. “Enigma” also receiving a number of awards including Best LGBT – Cinematography Film for COLOUR OF LOVE FILM FESTIVAL and Best LGBTQ Film for HOLLYWOOD GOLD with Honourable Mention for Best Director. Selections have also been included at LOS ANGELES LIFT-OFF FILM FESTIVAL, NEW YORK MOVIE AWARDS, PALM SPRINGS LGBTIQ FILM FESTIVAL, LA INDEPENDENT WOMEN FILM AWARDS and SYDNEY WOMEN’S INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL. Jessica also won Best Script at INDIFEST for short films  “Hangman” and “Reverie” was a semi-finalist at SCRIPTAPOOLOOZA and YOUR SCRIPT PRODUCED. Jessica also produced Australian Play “Dead Skin” which won Hollywood Fringe ENCORE PRODUCERS AWARD and was nominated for Best International Play and Best Drama. The play is set to continue for an OFF-BROADWAY production in 2023.
With several more feature films, plays and limited series in development for 2023/2024 including SPIRAL, DEAD SKIN, MERCY, REVERIE and ALPHABETAS.
