Over four weeks, you will train, create, and work within a professional production environment, while developing the tools, relationships, and material required to pursue a career in the United States. This program is designed to answer one key question:
Where do you currently sit in your career?

Complete the application form with all required details.
This helps us understand your experience, goals, and where you currently sit in your career so we can ensure the program is the right fit for you.

Once accepted, a 20% deposit ($800 USD) is required to secure your position.
Places are limited
Your spot is not confirmed until the deposit is received
Final payment is due 60 days prior to program commencement

We strongly encourage participants to obtain a B1/B2 Visitor Visa.
The B-1/B-2 Visa allows you to travel to the U.S. for business and tourism purposes, including short-term training and industry exploration.
Not compulsory, but highly recommended
A valuable visa when working toward an O-1
Visa wait times can be long—we recommend starting this process as early as possible after securing your place

Accommodation will be coordinated with the Diversity Entertainment team.
Typically a shared house with the cohort (approx. 10 participants)
Designed to be cost-effective and collaborative
Final details will be confirmed 30 days prior to arrival

Once your visa is underway (or approved), you can book your flights.
Look for competitive fares and flexible tickets
Recommended airlines: Fiji Airways, Air New Zealand, United, Delta
Consider flexibility in case you wish to extend your stay
Note: It’s generally advised to have your visa in progress before confirming flights.

This allows time to settle in before the program begins.

Each accepted participant will meet with our team for a pre-program review of their materials, including headshots, showreel, and self-tapes
We will identify specific areas for development based on U.S. industry standards (including performance, presentation, and dialect where required)
This is an individualised development program, tailored to where you currently sit in your career
The program is designed with a clear focus: increasing your eligibility to work in the United States
Early action is strongly recommended—particularly for visa processing—to ensure a smooth experience
